Super Rugby Women’s 2026

Challenge

Super Rugby Women’s final round had high stakes, with three teams tied on the ladder and a finals spot up for grabs. DoubleTake Sports was tasked with delivering five hours of coverage for Stan Sport across two consecutive matches at Viking Park in Canberra and Leichhardt Oval in Sydney, bringing the two independent broadcasts together into one cohesive program with studio hosting, live crosses, interviews and data-rich graphics throughout.

Solution

DoubleTake produced the broadcasts from its Brisbane and Sydney hubs, with the Brisbane studio integrating both independent match feeds into a single program. Live studio hosting, crosses and interviews, and Stan Sport graphics powered by Singular.live were used consistently both in-studio and on-screen across both match broadcasts.

Results

Singular's flexibility was central to maintaining consistent, broadcast-quality graphics across the three broadcasts - the two match broadcasts and continuous studio coverage - delivering a level of integrated, multi-game coverage never before seen for the competition, and a level of production quality rarely seen for Women’s Rugby.

“Singular gives us the flexibility to deliver consistent, broadcast-quality graphics no matter how complex the production. For a multi-game, integrated studio coverage like this, that flexibility was essential."
