For the live coverage of the USA Powerlifting 2024 Collegiate Nationals, the production team was in need of a broadcast quality graphics package that included pre-shows, advanced statistics and more. Alternative live graphics platforms were either limiting or tens of thousands of dollars (or more).

The USAPL production team developed a custom, data-integrated graphics package with live scoring bugs and data pulling from Google Sheets and their records database. The web-native graphics allowed for easy operation and synchronization in the cloud. Additionally, they used the adaptive feature-set to have multiple outputs with some graphics synchronized across all competition streams, and some sent exclusively to another. Ultimately, the audience experienced a branded, data-integrated and polished product.

USAPL states they really wowed competition viewership with the addition of college logos as the lifter came out on the platform, a live ticker of ongoing results, and team standings that would update throughout the competition. The production team has received numerous compliments on what they put together and look forward to continuing to iterate on their work.
